Cujamaa Competitions need experts in the competition's fields to act as coaches and judges.


We'd love to hear from you if you are a publically acknowledged expert and thought leader (such as a successful consultant and/or book author) in a field covered by an upcoming competition.


Thought Leader responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in competition design
  • Present best practice techniques to competitors
  • Providing thought leadership via coaching and judging the competitors
  • Providing publicity through your internal and/or external channels
